Neighbourhood Officers
Neighbourhood Officers ensure the prompt letting of vacant properties; handling interviews, viewings and sign ups. They are also responsible for managing Anti-Social Behaviour and ensuring the correct action is taken whenever a complaint is received. Other duties include; answering tenancy queries, getting involved in Area Forum Meetings and working with tenants to develop communities.
Income Recovery Team
The Income Recovery Team seeks to maximise the Association's income, primary through rent/service charge collection and the recovery of financial arrears and recharges. They also provide financial and Welfare Benefit advice to current, future and former tenants.
The Resident Participation Team
The Resident Participation Team ensure tenants are consulted with, regarding the services you recieve, how your homes are managed and the overall running of the Association. The team's main responsibility is to facilitate opportunities for you to participate through forums, focus groups, community events, regular liaison with tenant associations, community groups and other points of contact, as well as promoting closer working relationships with Local Authorities and Partner organisations.

Area Managers
Area Managers support the members of their Neighbourhood Team and are responsible for ensuring staff in each role deliver high quality housing management services to all customers within their area.
