Broadland Housing is committed to working with partner local authorities and communities to deliver new affordable homes across Norfolk and north Suffolk.
Our development programme comprises inner city regeneration in Norwich, projects in market and coastal towns and schemes for rural communities. We offer a range of tenures from general needs rented to discounted rent, shared ownership and market sale, through our private development company St Benedicts Homes. We are a key partner of Norfolk County Council for the delivery of supported housing for a range of client groups and housing with care for the elderly.
