Mystery Shopping is a way of collecting tenants opinions about the quality of our services and the way we deliver them.
As a potential/existing tenant you have the opportunity to use our services and report back to us on your experience. The information gathered will then be used to help us learn from your experience and identify any areas of our service that may need improvement.
Mystery shoppers will be required to attend an initial briefing session to ensure all our Mystery Shoppers evaluate our services in the same way and also give us an opportunity to understand the areas you are interested in testing.
This is a real opportunity for staff and tenants to work together to help measure service delivery.
