Green Space Before and AfterDid you know Broadland can help you make improvements to the communal area where you live?

Each year Broadland sets aside an amount of money for groups/communities of tenants to apply for help to enhance or improve the schemes and the environment they live within.

Any tenant can apply for community grant funding but it must be on behalf of at least 25% of the tenants at the scheme. If successful a grant will be awarded to enhance the communal areas, to make a real difference to the quality of communal surroundings.

There are two types of grant funding, The Community Green Scheme and the Community Incentive Scheme. If you would like more information about these scheme, please complete this form and return, or alternatively contact our Resident Involvement Team on 0303 303 0003, email Community Improvement or speak to your Scheme Supervisor (where applicable), and they will be able to provide support with an application if you wish.
