| Tenant Support
One of our principle values is that we are tenant focused. As a result we take our responsibilities to our tenants very seriously and work hard to ensure that tenancies are sustained, especially by those who find managing alone to be difficult.
The Association has three members of staff who work closely with tenants experiencing difficulties. Often their work involves assisting with debt issues; money advice; making applications for grants and liaising with other agencies to ensure individuals and families receive the best possible support and advice.
