What is a street voice?

It is a volunteer who acts as an informal contact point for the tenants/residents that lives in the street/road or close where they live. They find out what issue tenants or residents in the street are facing and report any issues and or problems or general trends that they are made aware of.

What a Street voice does not do?

They are not employees of the association and do not report other individual repairs. Neighbours must continue to report repairs and other problems affecting them through the normal methods.
They are not qualified to deal with any complaints about staff, services or disputes between neighbours. Again the normal procedures need to be followed by the individual(s) concerned.

What will the association supply you with?
You will receive pre-paid envelopes to report comments, suggestions and complaints.
