Broadland Housing Association offers a range of specialist housing for older people.
These schemes are located across the counties of Norfolk and Suffolk.They provide a safe and secure environment which is self contained allowing you to be independent in your own home. On all schemes we provide support to help you maintain your independence and access service’s when you need them.
Broadland Housing offer two options;
Sheltered Housing which is suitable for people over 55 years of age who may require a low level of support. There is a scheme manager on hand to assist Monday to Friday and emergency cover is provided via a pull cord system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 365 days of the year. Housing with Care which is suitable for people of 60 years plus who require a moderate level of support. These schemes have a team who deliver tailored support and care packages by Norfolk County Council 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 365 days of the year, in a secure setting offering reassurance.
